Commute:
MAX 30 min subway. LIC 11-34 44th Dr ↔ PF LIC 29-22 Northern Blvd (10 min), then to Meta Farley (9th Ave).
Protein:
Consume shake 9-9:30 commute block. Prep night before (10-11 block).
Gym:
Planet Fitness Classic → target PF LIC. Lift default, run on rest, walk only on exhaust & never 2 days in a row.
Food:
Vegetarian. Work lunch: Mexican tofu bowl OR falafel bowl. Dinner ideally before 9pm.
Evening:
6-10pm free — roam, call friends, movies. 10-11 shutdown: no screens past 10.
